We once found ourselves stranded by the roadside in a small Turkish village. Thankfully, a grandma sheltered us while we waited for the next bus. On her table: figs, spiced tea and a couple of bananas. That combination shouldn't work, but it did, and it was the best breakfast we've had. This is our homage to that kind grandma.

Chai spice: Made from our special in-house blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, allspice, and cardamom

Fresh/Dried Figs: Mildly sweet and plump with a slight crunch from the seeds, fresh figs are a texture bomb and a great compliment to steel cut oats. Toss in a few dried pieces and you can really dial up the sweetness of the bowl

Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds are rich in antioxidants, iron, zinc, magnesium
