Ancho Chicken Fajitas
Is it a taco? No....it's better! We love the way fajitas are traditionally served: sizzling over a hot plate, smothered with caramelized onions and peppers along with freshly toasted tortillas ready to be wrapped. While we can't duplicate the sizzling hot plate, we sure can recreate all the other elements.
PS: Don't skimp on the tangy chipotle salsa. Go ahead, drizzle (or douse) that all over your fajita... a little mess never killed anyone.
