We’ve teamed up with an amazing personal trainer, Coach Jake, to bring you a bundle of curated meals designed to help you in your fitness journey and help you crush your healthy eating goals.
With over 12 years of expertise in fitness coaching, therapy, and rehabilitation, Coach Jake has worked with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to shed some pounds and feel healthier, or aiming to build strength, he can tailor a programme to suit your lifestyle and your objectives.
What’s in the bundle?
Our Lean & Fit meal bundle, specially selected by Coach Jake, comes with 4 meals, curated for healthy fats, little to no processed sauces, and little to no added sugar. They’re also designed so you don’t need specialized cooking equipment – just a pan and a stovetop.
The meals are:
- Assam Curry Chicken
- Viet-Style Cajun Fish with Zoodles
- Ginger Miso Salmon
- Ladolemono Pan Seared Cod
All ingredients (meat, vegetables, sauces) are included, washed and prepped, with step by step instructions.
A quick caveat: While our meal bundle is designed to provide nutritious meals to help you stay energized and focused and are a great option for supporting overall healthy living, for highly specific dietary needs or health goals (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain), we recommend consulting with a nutritionist or dietitian.
The bundle will be available for a limited period month, from March 19 to April 15 (subject to availability).
