Lemongrass Chicken with Cellophane noodles
A saucier version of a traditional thai style grilled chicken (Gai Yang), literally. While this dish usually comes with a tamarind based dipping sauce, we've opted instead to keep all those flavors in the marinade so your chicken gets the maximum amount of flavor absorption.
Unsure about tamarind? Not to worry, we've kept that element separate as a side sauce. Use it to dip the chicken or pour it over your cellophane noodles for an irresistable side dish...your choice!
