Malai Chicken Tikka
Juicy chicken medallions rubbed with a 10 ingredient spice blend THEN marinated in a cashew yoghurt cream base.....need we keep going? You know this is going to be good. Grill it, bake it, air-fry it.... it really doesn’t matter how you decide to cook it, this is going to come out fabulous.
Oh and don't forget the shredded coconut cucumber salad tossed with herbs and crushed peanuts.
