Nam Tok (Waterfall Steak Salad)

The waterfall like sizzle, crackle, pop sound that this succulently marinated steak makes when it hits a hot grill/pan is what gives it its namesake. I know..... i know, we too have never heard a waterfall sizzle but hey....who are we to argue?

Regardless of whether it sizzles, crackles or pops, the tender juicy steak pieces paired with a crisp herb salad tossed with our secret smokey dressing is bound to send of waves flavors cascading  and crashing into your taste buds,....just like a waterfall!
