One Pan Japchae

The best thing about mum coming over to visit is all the food she leaves in our fridges. Our favourite has always been her japchae. It's a dish full of love as every element has to be individually cooked, then mixed in at the end. Now that we're *ahem* adults (we think), no one leaves us food anymore T.T .
