Smokey Cauliflower Fried Rice
A little shout out to our keto and low carb friends!
We tried to recreate a bit of wok-hei by mixing in a touch of liquid smoke into our sauce. Just make sure to sear it on high heat at the end to release all the hickory aromas.
Man do we miss the days we could hot smoke our cauliflower outdoors on an bbq.
