Wongbok and Garlic Shoots
A dish inspired by our early cooking days when we didn't have the time to cook that often. To combat the lack of frequency, we bought vegetables that kept well in the fridge, yet are versatile and easily compatible with others so that a quick stir-fry is never too far away.
Every element has its own unique level of sweetness and crunch that allows it to stand out from the overall dish when eaten, but also builds a foundation for the next vegetable on your next bite. Layer of taste anyone?
